After completing his undergraduate, Craig quickly discovered his passion for empowering people and companies to accelerate growth. This led him to a doctoral program where he focused on integrating operational excellence and human performance. For the next 18 years, he served in enterprise corporations like Intel, Capital One, and Amazon, focusing on continous improvement through the application of technology, data, and expertise.

Throughout his tenure, Craig found that small-to-medium companies often didn’t have the resources, insights, and expertise necessary to accelerate growth the way large organizations did. Centrae was formed to make best practices from top-tier organizations available to all. Since its founding, Craig and his carefully curated team have made a marked impact on their clients’ abilities to accelerate scalable, repeatable, and profitable growth.

Memorable vacation experience

I was visiting Argentina with my parents and brother together with our wives. We were travelling from Mendoza to Neuquen and on a deserted road we ran out of gas. A good samaritan miracalously stopped within a few minutes of being stranded and gave us enough gas to continue on our journey. We went on to visit the Patagonia and spent some time in the Andes in Bariloche. It was an amazing trip.

With a history reaching back to the company’s early days, Moises has been an integral driving force in its growth. Beginning in tech support, he has cultivated an in-depth understanding of all company applications. His responsibilities encompass engaging with clients and stakeholders, skillfully transmitting their needs to the technical team, and ensuring alignment with realistic expectations.

Moises is known for his down-to-earth approach and his readiness to vocalize concerns when situations appear incongruent. Furthermore, he plays an active role in budget management and technical personnel recruitment. His contributions extend to fostering team cohesion through valuable tech insights and the creation of comprehensive reports.

Kent is committed to helping companies succeed, both at the organizational and individual level. He has a PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology and over 30 years of experience developing systems that improve human performance. Kent holds patents in computer adaptive learning, and has published the book: “Speaking with Impact: Powerful Principles to Help you Immediately Give Insanely Awesome Talks.” As a content expert, he leads the delivery of products and solutions to provide confidence in each step of the transformation process.

Advisor, SVP Marketing & Brand Strategy

Deidra brings over two decades of marketing expertise to the Centrae team including ten years in private equity. An ambidextrous-brained mix of organized strategist and curious creative, she leverages strong business acumen to help brands reach aggressive goals.

Internally motivated and inspired by continuous challenge and the opportunity to do good in the world, Deidra is a transparent, hands-on builder and leader with a strong bias towards action.
